Are you looking for a way to set your trading pins apart from the crowd in 2013? Why not try these add-on options on for size.  We offer soft enamel pins as spinners, sliders, danglers, blinkies, and bobble heads.  We also have the following add-on options for you to choose from: glitter, cut outs, and silkscreening.  Who doesn’t love customizing their pins to fit the unique spirit of their athletic team?

Custom trading pins are a great way to build long lasting relationships with other teams.  They help break the ice at games and tournaments and make every team walk away feeling like winners no matter what the final score is.  Pin trading events are so popular these days that many of the hotels prepare for Cooperstown by cordoning off entire rooms so players can have a space to spread their pins out and start swapping with other athletes.

If you need a way for players to store and display pins between games, consider ordering custom lanyards to go with your pins.  The handy accessories can also be used to hold IDs and electronic room keys from the hotels your players will be staying at.  We offer a badge holder attachment that is perfect for carrying things in.

Get your custom trading pins in time for your first game of the season.  Contact us right away for a free price quote and email file containing the custom artwork we created for you.  Visit http://www.lapelpinsplus.com for more information about the designing and ordering processes.  You can email info@lapelpinsplus.com with your ideas or call a representative at 1-800-252-0904 toll-free.  We’ll be more than happy to assist you with your request by creating quality, custom trading pins for you and your baseball or softball team this year.

Have you been at a Little League tournament and a certain trading pin is receiving all of the buzz?  Sometimes it seems that every person you talk to asks you “have you seen the so and so pin”.  This summer, your pin can be the one receiving all of the praise and attention.

Here are a few tricks to help you with this endeavor:

  • The first is size.  No matter how great your pins are, they need to be a big enough size to catch ones attention.
  • The second is design.  A great design is critical.
  • The third way is with add-ons.  We offer add-ons such as glitter paint, spinners and blinking lights to help take your pin to the next level.
  • Glitter paint adds the shimmer that literally catches your eye in the sunlight.
  • Spinners are parts of the pins that actually spin in a circle.  Sliders travel left to right or up and down along a fixed line on your pin.
  • Blinking lights or “blinkies” flash a bright red light which is a great way to get noticed.
  • Danglers are great because they allow for more customization and they are very reasonably priced.
  • Gemstones are also a great and effective way to liven your pin up.
  • We have many more tricks of the trade that we can share with you with just a quick call to one of our experienced sales representatives.

For the last few weeks, inquiries for baseball trading pins are slowly increasing each day.  Teams from all over the country are getting a head start on the designing and ordering of their team trading pins.  We’re busy helping other teams design and come up with the newest and coolest designs for this year’s tournaments and we want to help you too.  Our years of experience help us to provide expert advice and design consultation to our customers.

If this is your first year of pin trading, here are some helpful pointers to get you started:

  • Your pins need to be at least 1.5” big.  The bigger the pin, the faster it will be traded.  The more bold and unusual the pin, the higher perceived value it has.
  • Try to include your team mascot, your city and state, and the age group of the players.  This will make pins relevant and memorable.
  • Baseball theme emblems like bats, baseballs, and fields are always a good idea.  Who doesn’t love the sport?  Make sure that people can easily recognize your pins by including images that are familiar to others.
  • Adding extras like glitter, or danglers will help your pin stand out in a crowd which is what you want.  A little extra shine and attractiveness helps pins be more desirable. Your players will have their choice when trading pins like these.
  • Order early.  Once you have your design and you know your numbers, order your pins.  Each year, the closer and closer we get to summer, the longer it takes to get pins made.  Don’t be left out, order right away and take pride in knowing your custom trading pins will arrive in time for your first game.

Start the design process today.  Give us a call and we can take some information over the phone that will allow us to prepare a free digital sample for you to review.  The number to reach us at is 1-800-252-0904 toll-free.  You can also email your request to info@lapelpinsplus.com or visit http://www.lapelpinsplus.com for more information.  Contact us right away to get your custom trading pin design started.

In a pinch?  Need baseball or softball trading pins fast?   Give us a call!  We can help!  Offset printed pins are an alternative type of trading pin.  We laser print your teams logo onto a metal lapel pin.  After we print your image, we cover it with a clear epoxy coating to protect the image.  This gives it a glossy appearance and also makes the pins last a long time.  Who doesn’t like trading pins that are durable and unique?

Offset trading pins feel similar to traditional die struck trading pins that have an epoxy coating.  They are smooth to the touch and have a glossy look to them.  We are still able to cut-to-shape to give your pin that cool shape that kids love.  Softball trading pins that are done as offset printed often use a yellow ball in place of the white ball that baseball teams use.  This gives them a distinct, memorable look.

There is no need to separate colors on this type of pin because of the printing process.  Once an order is placed, we can have this offset printed baseball trading pin in your hands in about one week.  If you need your pins in a hurry, this is the best option that we offer.  You don’t want your players missing out on the whole pin trading experience this season that’s why we recommend placing your offset printed trading pin order today.

Call us today so that we can get your free digital proof back to you right away.  The number to reach Lapel Pins Plus at is 1-800-252-0904.  As always, it’s toll-free.  You can also email your ideas to info@lapelpinsplus.com.  We are here to assist you and make the designing and ordering process as easy as possible.  Before you know it, your offset printed trading pins will be delivered to your doorstep so you can hand them out to all of your players this season.

  • Adding players’ #s inside of baseballs/softballs or gloves is a popular option this year. The more personal you make your custom trading pins the more appealing they are to other players.
